Pickup

Pickup is not available with purchases paid with PayPal due to their Seller Protection policies. Cash/Credit Card on pickup is fine. If you would like to pick up the item from our store, please bring along the Reference Number quoted in the description

Return Policy

You may return goods by return mail (at your expense) within 7 days of receipt. Goods must be in original packaging, unused and in saleable condition. Items on special or items we have especially ordered in will have a credit note issued to you. For all other items, we will be pleased to arrange your refund to the credit card processed on the order. A 20% re-stocking fee will be charged and the original postage/packing charges will be deducted from the refund/credit note unless we have made an error.
